United Arab Emirates: Dubai

Dubai

Dubai is one of the best locations in the UAE. This city is particularly popular among tourists: more than 17 million foreign citizens came here in 2023.

The Burj Al Arab hotel is the main, but not the only attraction of Dubai. The visiting card of this city is also the Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah - areas with unique architecture and premium communities, the Aquaventure Waterpark, Burj Khalifa - the tallest building in the world.

The Miracle Garden flower park, The Museum of the Future, the IMG Worlds of Adventure amusement park and the Bollywood Parks theme park are also very popular among tourists.

The infrastructure of Dubai is well developed. This city is ideal for both independent living and families with children. The following social and entertainment infrastructure facilities are located here:
  • secondary schools (including international ones): Universal American School, Gems Legacy School, Swiss International Scientific School, Australian International Swim Schools;
  • kindergartens: Kids Castle, Learning Tree, British Berries Nursery, Willow Children's Nursery;
  • Dubai International Airport;
  • shopping centers such as City Center Deira, Mall of the Emirates, Nakheel Mall and Blue waters;
  • theme parks: Dinosaur Park, IMG Worlds of Adventure, Motiongate Dubai, Dubai Global Village and Ski Dubai.
The presence of the metro is another advantage of Dubai. There are more than 30 stations in the city, which provides tourists and investors permanently residing in the city with the opportunity to get to any location without traffic jams.

A large number of premium residential complexes are put into operation every year in Dubai. The most striking projects include:
  • Seahaven is a residential complex consisting of three towers. The elite community will be built at the end of 2026;
  • VELA is a complex located on the Dubai Canal embankment in the Business Bay area. It will be commissioned in mid-2026;
  • Thyme is a 10-storey residential complex from Meraas, located in Central Park City Walk.
Buying real estate in Dubai is an opportunity to make money on daily or long-term rentals. On average, such transactions bring investors from 4 to 9% of the value of the property per year.

In addition, ownership of residential premises provides investors with the right to obtain a golden resident visa, allowing them to reside permanently in Dubai for the next 10 years.
