Dubai Hills is a relatively new area and a location that claims to be the most environmentally friendly. Its main feature is the presence of a large number of park areas. It is this circumstance that makes Dubai Hills an ideal place for families with children.
Dubai Hills Golf Club is the calling card of the area. This is where the largest number of walking areas, equipped with children's and playgrounds, are located. Also popular with tourists is the Dubai Hills Mall, a luxury shopping center with many famous brand stores.
All the most significant social and entertainment infrastructure facilities are located on the territory of the district:

Dubai Hills is located almost in the very center of Dubai. The journey to the international airport takes no more than 25 minutes. You can get to the most popular beaches of the city, Jumeirah and Downtown, in 18-20 minutes.
It is important to note that there is only one public transport stop in the area, Kings College Hospital. However, car owners will certainly appreciate the proximity of the busiest highway - the drive to Sheikh Zayed Road is no more than 10 minutes.
The most top-end residential complexes are located on the territory of Dubai Hills. Today, Emaar is constructing three projects:
- Greenside Residence is a residential complex that provides apartments ranging from 67 to 167 m2 with 1–3 bedrooms (will be commissioned in 2027);
- Club Drive - a premium community with stunning views of Dubai Hills Golf Club (construction will be completed in 2028);
- Parkside Views is a project with comfortable lounge areas, swimming pools and barbecue areas (completion of construction work is planned for the third quarter of 2027).
Buying real estate in Dubai is not only the most effective way to increase investment capital. Ownership of residential properties also entitles foreign nationals to qualify for a golden visa.
